My name is Alia Alamina

I recently moved to the Netherlands and am in the process of having my diplomas officially recognized and registering in the BIG register. Until then, I gladly use my knowledge as a movement coach and vitality counselor. I offer personal guidance in posture, general fitness, and a healthy lifestyle, always safe and responsible.

Thanks to my language skills in Spanish, English, French, Japanese, and German, I can also effectively guide international clients. My guidance is always tailored, focused on your unique needs, well-being, and wishes.
